We have assisted in the preparation of technical evidence for both defence and prosecution cases on environmental issues. This work has included preparation of written evidence, affidavits, statements and technical expert witness reports. Additionally we have been providing legal/technical training for regulators in Ireland and deliver accredited training with lawyers in the area of environmental enforcement. This provides us with an up-to-date and rounded practical understanding needed to operate at the highest level.
